By 2019, I had moved into a full-spectrum operational role at Transworld Inc. There, I took charge of policy workflows, compliance, documentation, and agent support. I introduced SOPs that improved policy turnaround times by up to 35%, instituted structured reporting formats, and significantly enhanced cross-department coordination. This phase marked my evolution from individual contributor to systems builder, optimizing processes and creating scalable, repeatable workflows.
